Terms & Conditions

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Wilderness Pazuri.

1.2. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking. Our team will contact you to discuss availability, pricing, and finalize your safari arrangements.

1.3. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Wilderness Pazuri and the required deposit has been received.

1.4. You must provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or booking. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.

2.1. All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2.2. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to currency fluctuations.

2.3. A deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your safari start date.

2.4. For bookings made within 60 days of the safari start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to our reservations team.

3.2. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• More than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 60-90 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• 30-59 days before departure: 75% of total cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost (no refund)

3.3. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

4.1. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Our experienced guides will do their best to locate wildlife, but nature is unpredictable.

4.2. Itineraries may be subject to change due to weather conditions, wildlife movements, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4.3. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and lodge staff. Failure to comply may result in termination of the safari without refund.

4.4. Minimum age requirements may apply for certain activities. Please enquire at the time of booking if you are traveling with children.

5.1. Guests are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate vaccinations and health precautions for travel to Tanzania. We recommend consulting a travel health specialist before your trip.

5.2. Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in safari activities at the time of booking.

5.3. Travel and medical insurance with emergency evacuation coverage is mandatory for all guests.

6.1. Guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation.

6.2. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned departure date from Tanzania.

6.3. Wilderness Pazuri is not responsible for any denied entry or departure due to inadequate travel documentation.

7.1. Wilderness Pazuri acts as an agent for various service providers including lodges, airlines, and ground transportation. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by these third parties.

7.2. Safari activities involve inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7.3. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your safari package.

8.1. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. By making a booking or enquiry, you consent to us using your personal information to process your request and communicate with you about your safari.

8.3. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

9.1. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Wilderness Pazuri and is protected by copyright laws.

9.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
